We look for professionals with previous experience in international projects in the construction sector.

They will be integrated into a specific ongoing training plan in Contract Management and assigned to international projects.

Position Responsibilities:
• Participate in the life cycle of contracts from the detection of opportunity, negotiating, signing, management and acceptance and closing.
• Identify and analyze risks in the bidding for new international projects.
• Participate actively in the negotiation of contract terms with customers, partners and international suppliers.
• Develop risk reports for different types of contracts.
• Actively participate in the analysis of the risks of new international contracts.
• Assist the Senior Contract Manager in the interpretation and application of contractual terms, claims and control the project change orders.
• Identify and analyze opportunities and risks in contract management proposed in each case, action plans to carry out.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in international contracts whose request to participate.
• Preparation and submission of claims arising from international contracts Required Training and Experience.

Requirements:
• Higher education (Engineering, Law, Business Administration...) or postgraduate training in schools with recognized prestige.
• At least 3 years experience in international projects in the Construction sector (civil engineering, oil & gas, energy, construction of treatment water plants,...) or staff departments studies, offers, R& D ... important that experience has been in international projects.
• Very high level of English (Profiency), French or other languages will be a plus, knowledge of Spanish is not necessary.
